SLOW-CO should be this place name. Jason is the one who answered the phone and definitely doesn't like his job. Been on the side of the road for 5 hours. 2 officers stop to make sure I am fine . I told both of them service truck on the way but they probably think I am not telling the truth. Noone in this area likes to work.

Very disappointing experience at this Speedco location. For two days in a row I was told that the shop was “very busy” and that I had to come back tomorrow just for a simple oil change. At the same time, several service bays were sitting empty for most of the day. I’m attaching photos showing the empty bays while drivers are being told the shop is too busy to take trucks. Truck drivers operate on tight schedules. When we stop at Speedco, we expect quick and professional service. Waiting two days and still being told to come back tomorrow is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management looks into this and improves the organization and customer service at this location.

🤬🤮🤬 Review of Speedco / Love’s Service (July 15–16, 2025) I visited the company’s office on July 15, 2025, at 3:23 PM for an oil change. I was placed in line after explaining my situation and providing a receipt from my previous oil change, which the owner asked the manager to review and discuss with him directly. Afterward, I was told to wait about an hour or an hour and a half. I came back two hours later, and they told me to wait a little longer. After another hour or two, I received a call saying — and I quote — “Tomorrow morning at 6 AM we’ll take you first thing. We’ll call you, ok?” I decided to stay overnight anyway, so I waited. I kept my phone on and waited for their call, but no one called me. At 8 AM the next morning, I went to the office myself, where I was informed that, for some strange reason, my order had been canceled. They then asked me to wait another hour. After waiting for 1.5 hours, I went back to the office — they said, “Just one more hour at most.” After another 1.5 hours, I checked again, and they told me they were in a meeting and asked me to wait yet another hour. At that point, I’d had enough. Now it’s 11:40 AM the following day, and the issue i

Zach worked on my truck and he was very professional. and he was able to tell me what was wrong with my truck and went and got parts. He found things wrong with my truck that TA in Roger’s couldn’t find. So thanks to him. Mustafe on the front desk was extremely professional and easy to talk to. He was the reason I kept coming back. The rest of the mechanics in the shop was cool as well when I approached them outside to talk them. Glad u guys have this guys working here. Couple yrs ago go I had a bad experience, but glad y’all got this good guys at the shop. Bravo to management.
